What we collect
When you use CV For Every Job we store your account email, the CV file and extracted text you upload, the job descriptions you add (either fetched from a URL or pasted manually), and the tailored resumes we generate for you. We also store purchase records for generations you buy.
How we store it
Your CV and generated documents are stored in private cloud storage and are never publicly accessible. Access is restricted to your account through row-level security and short-lived signed download links. We do not sell or share your CV content or job descriptions with third parties, other than the AI and payment providers strictly necessary to run the service (OpenAI for resume tailoring, Stripe for payment processing).
How long we keep it
We keep your CV and generated documents for as long as your account is active, so you can keep generating and re-downloading tailored CVs. You can delete your uploaded CV, any generated document, or your entire account at any time from your dashboard settings.
Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your CV, extracted text, job descriptions, and generated documents from our storage.
