What CV formats are supported?
You can upload your CV as a PDF or a DOCX (Word) file, up to 5MB.
What if I just paste a job URL?
We fetch the page and automatically extract the job title, company, and description. This works for most public job postings.
What happens if a job URL fails to load?
Some sites block automated access. If we can't read a URL, you can paste the job description in manually — you're never stuck, and a failed URL never uses up one of your generations.
How accurate is the AI?
The AI rewrites and reorganizes your existing resume content to match the job — improving wording, emphasis, and ATS compatibility.
Will the AI make up experience I don't have?
No. Our system prompt explicitly forbids inventing employers, titles, skills, certifications, education, or metrics. The AI can only rephrase and reorganize what's already in your CV.
How does payment work?
You buy a package of generations with a one-time payment — there's no subscription. Each tailored CV you generate uses one generation from your balance.
How is my data stored?
Your CV and generated documents are stored in private cloud storage and are never publicly accessible. You can delete your CV, your generated documents, or your entire account at any time.
How do I download my tailored CVs?
Once a generation is ready, you can download it as a PDF or DOCX directly from your dashboard.
